Common questions
Is there a free plan?
No. We focus on building a proper product for UK car clubs rather than supporting a free tier that competes for our attention. Every paid plan is profitable enough for us to invest in the platform long-term
How does the free month work?
Pick Club and your first month is completely free - no card required. Confirm your email, set up your club and you're live. Add a payment method from your Billing page whenever you're ready; if there's no card on file when the free month ends, your subscription simply stops and your club site pauses until you subscribe. Nothing is ever charged without a card
Will my price go up later?
No. We won't change the price of your plan for as long as you're subscribed - the price you sign up at is the price you keep
Do prices include VAT?
MotoRev Club is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added - the price you see is the price you pay
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can switch between Crew, Club, Pro and Elite any time from your Billing page. We pro-rate the difference on your next invoice
How do convoy planner limits work?
The convoy planner is included on Club, Pro and Elite. Each plan includes an allowance of saved convoys and waypoints per convoy, and overall usage is subject to fair use so routing stays fast for every club - normal club use won't get near it
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then cancels. We don't do mid-period refunds for cancellations
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Cards are billed in GBP
