Common questions
Is there a free plan?
No. We focus on building a proper product for UK car clubs rather than supporting a free tier that competes for our attention. Every paid plan is profitable enough for us to invest in the platform long-term
How does the 14-day trial work?
Pick Club, enter your card, and you get 14 days of free access to the full Club plan feature set. Your first paid month is £19 (a £16 discount), then £35/month after that. Cancel any time during the trial and nothing is charged
Do prices include VAT?
Yes - prices are shown in GBP including VAT where applicable. We surface a VAT breakdown on receipts
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can switch between Crew, Club, Pro and Elite any time from your Billing page. We pro-rate the difference on your next invoice
What counts as a "member directory record"?
A person you've saved inside your MotoRev Club member directory - manually added, imported from a CSV, captured via a lead form, or marked from an event RSVP. Facebook group members do not count unless you add them to the directory
How do route planner limits work?
The route planner is available on Club, Pro and Elite. We apply fair-use limits (saved routes, monthly calculations, waypoints per route) behind the scenes to keep our routing performance stable. The limits are generous and won't affect normal use
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, then cancels. We don't do mid-period refunds for cancellations
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Cards are billed in GBP
