Invoices and payments

Open Billing from the top-right account menu. Below your subscription card you'll find your full payment history - every charge with its date, amount and status, plus a link to the Stripe receipt for each successful payment.

The subscription card also shows your next charge: the live amount and date of the upcoming payment, including any proration from a recent plan change or your first real charge after a trial.

Payment statuses

• Succeeded - paid, receipt available
• Payment pending - the charge is still processing (some banks require extra confirmation); no action needed unless it fails
• Failed / Past due - a charge didn't go through. You'll see a banner with an Update Card button; the card is retried automatically for a while, and your admin site keeps working in the meantime
• Refunded - a refund was issued against the payment

VAT

Receipts come from Stripe and show the amount charged. If anything about an invoice looks wrong, get in touch and we'll sort it.
