Change your plan

Everything plan-related lives on Billing, in the top-right account menu.

Switching plan

1. Open Billing and click Change Plan.
2. Pick the new plan and interval (monthly or annual).
3. Confirm on the secure Stripe screen, which shows exactly what changes.

You keep one subscription throughout; the price difference is prorated automatically. Upgrades take effect immediately - new limits and features unlock as soon as the switch confirms.

Downgrading to a plan with fewer seats

Each plan includes a set number of team seats, and that includes you plus anyone with a pending invite. If you pick a smaller plan while you're using more seats than it allows, we'll ask you to choose which members and pending invites to remove before the switch continues. Removing someone is permanent - they lose access straight away and would need to be invited again - so this step happens before you reach Stripe, and only once you're within the new limit.

Updating your card

Billing → Manage in Stripe opens your secure billing portal to change the payment method. If a charge failed, the same button appears on the warning banner as Update Card.

Cancelling

Cancel in the same Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for - the Billing page shows a "Cancels on" date until then.

During or after your free month

Changing plan during your free month works the same way. If your subscription has fully lapsed, the Choose a Plan button on Billing starts a fresh checkout instead.
