Plan limits explained
Updated 9 July 2026
Each plan includes set amounts of the countable things - pages, active events, saved routes, storage, and monthly route calculations. Limits are designed to stay out of your way until you actually hit one.
How limits appear
- Usage counters - list pages show a quiet counter next to their create button, like
3/5next to Create Page. Hover it to see what's being counted. Unlimited resources show no counter. - At the limit - the create button disables, and hovering it explains which limit you've reached and what to do about it. Nothing you've already made is ever touched.
The limits, in plain terms
- Pages - total pages on your club site
- Active events - only events that haven't finished yet count; past events roll off the count automatically, so you never need to delete history to make room
- Saved routes - total routes in your library
- Storage - total size of your uploaded media; the meter lives on the Media page
- Route calculations - how many times per month the route planner can recalculate directions; the count resets monthly
Getting more room
Change your plan - new limits apply as soon as the switch confirms. Anything over a lower plan's limit after a downgrade stays intact; you just can't add more until you're back under.
