Manage your media

Media is your club's image and video library. Everything you upload - here or through any image picker in a widget or event - lands in the same place, ready to reuse.

Uploading

Click Upload, or drag files from your desktop anywhere onto the page - multiple files at once is fine. Up to 25MB each, though smaller images make your site faster.

Your storage quota

The meter in the header shows how much of your plan's storage you've used. When it's full, uploads pause until you free space or move up a plan. Deleting files frees their space immediately. Custom fonts uploaded on the Design page don't count against this quota.

Working with files

• Click a file to open it full-size - give it a title (helps search later), copy its address, or delete it. Arrow keys step through files in the viewer.
• Select several with the checkboxes (shift-click selects a range) to delete in bulk.
• Search covers titles and file names.
• Filter by type - the All / Photos / Videos buttons next to the file count show just images or just videos.

Using media in widgets

Anywhere a widget takes an image - hero background, gallery photos, sponsor logos - the picker opens this same library, and you can upload straight from it. Deleting a file here removes it from anywhere it was used, so double-check before bulk-deleting.
