Add event photos

The Photos tab attaches a public gallery to the event page - poster shots beforehand, then the best photos from the day afterwards. A gallery on a past event's page also gives latecomers a reason to follow the next one.

Adding photos

1. Open the event's Photos tab.
2. Add photos - each picker opens your media library, where you can choose existing uploads or upload new ones on the spot.
3. Drag rows to set the display order.
4. Save.

The gallery appears at the bottom of the public event page once it has photos.

Tips

• Photos live in your media library, so they count against your storage quota once - reusing a photo across events costs nothing extra.
• Keep the hero-worthy shot first; the order you set here is the order visitors see.
• Past events stay on your site, so topping up the gallery after the event keeps the page alive as a write-up.
