Add event photos

The Photos card attaches a public gallery to the event page - poster shots beforehand, the best of the day afterwards.

Adding photos

1. Open the event and find the Photos card.
2. Add photos - each picker opens your media library, where you can choose existing uploads or upload new ones.
3. Drag rows to set the display order - visitors see them in this order.
4. Save.

The gallery appears at the bottom of the public event page once it has photos.

Good to know

• Photos live in your media library and count against storage once - reusing one across events costs nothing extra.
• Past events stay on your site, so a topped-up gallery keeps the page alive as a write-up.
