Build a timetable
The Timetable tab is the running order for the day - "Gates open 08:00, judging from 11:00, awards at 15:30". It renders as a clean schedule on the public event page.
Adding blocks
Click Add Block and give it a time and a title (and a description if it needs one). New blocks default to following on from your latest one, so building a day top-to-bottom is quick.
Ordering
Blocks order themselves by time - there's no manual reordering to fight with. Change a block's time and it files itself into the right slot when you leave the field.
Outside the event window
A block set before the event's start (or after its end) gets flagged with a subtle warning. It's advice, not a rule - pre-start blocks like marshal arrival or gates-open are perfectly normal, and multi-day events aren't flagged at all. It's just there to catch typos like an 8pm start that should've been 8am.
Save from the sidebar as usual, and check the public page preview - the timetable appears once it has at least one block.
