Roles and what they can do

Every person on a club has one of three roles. Here's who can do what.

Owner

The person who created the club. The owner can do everything, and only the owner can:

• Manage billing and change the plan
• Attach or change the club's domain and subdomain
• Set the site's password (Site Access)
• Invite, remove and change the role of team members

There is always exactly one owner. Ownership can't be transferred yet, so the owner can't leave their own club.

Admin

Admins run the club day to day. They can do everything content-related plus shape the site itself:

• Pages, media, events, convoys and venues
• Site design and theme
• Menus, and the header and footer
• Connections (like Facebook)
• Club settings

Admins can't touch billing, the domain, the site password, or the team.

Editor

Editors keep the club's content up to date, without changing how the site is built:

• Pages, media, events, convoys and venues

They don't see design, menus, the header and footer, connections or settings.

Changing someone's role

The owner can change any member between Admin and Editor from the Team page - the change takes effect straight away. See Invite your team.
