Join a club you've been invited to

Someone has invited you to help run their club on MotoRev CMS. Here's how to get in.

Accepting your invite

1. Open the invite email and click the link. This confirms you own the email address.
2. On the page that opens, set your display name and a password, confirm you're 18 or over, and agree to the terms.
3. Click Join Club. You're taken straight to the club's dashboard.

Accounts are for adults only, so the 18+ tick is required here just as it is at signup.

The link works once and lasts 7 days. If it's expired or already used, ask whoever invited you to resend it from their Team page.

If you already had a MotoRev CMS account under a different email, that's fine - the invite is tied to the email it was sent to. Each account can belong to one club at a time.

What you can do next

That depends on the role you were given - see Roles and what they can do. If a section of the admin site isn't visible to you, it's because your role doesn't include it.

Leaving a club

If you want to leave - for example to start your own club - open Your Account from the top-right menu and use Leave Club. You'll lose access immediately, and you're then free to start or join another club.

If the club's subscription has ended, only the owner can renew it. You don't have to wait around for them - the "subscription has ended" screen has a Leave this club to start your own option so you can move on straight away.

The club owner can't leave their own club, since every club needs an owner.
