Invite your team

Updated 20 July 2026

Most clubs are run by more than one person. Team, in the sidebar under Settings, lets you invite others to help run your club and choose exactly what each of them can do. Only the club owner sees this page.

Sending an invite

  1. Open Team and click Invite Member.
  2. Enter their email address and pick a role (see below).
  3. Click Send Invite. They get an email with a link to set up their account and join your club.

The invite waits under Pending Invites until they accept. You'll see one of three states next to each invite:

  • Pending - the email has been sent, nothing clicked yet.
  • Clicked - Awaiting Completion - they've opened the link but haven't finished setting up their account.
  • Expired - the invite is more than 7 days old. Use Resend to send a fresh one.

You can Revoke a pending invite at any time from the row's actions. Resend is limited to once a day per invite so you don't flood someone's inbox - if you've just sent one, the button is greyed out and hovering it tells you how long to wait.

Choosing a role

  • Admin - can manage everything except billing, your domain and the team itself: pages, media, events, convoys, your site design, menus, header and footer, and club settings.
  • Editor - can add and edit content only: pages, media, events, convoys and venues. They can't change your site's design, menus or settings.

You (the owner) can always do everything, including billing, your domain, and managing the team. You can change someone's role or remove them at any time from the members list.

How many people can join

Your plan sets how many team members you can have, and that number includes you. A pending invite counts towards it too.

The entry-level Crew plan is just you, so Team stays locked in the sidebar - hover it and you'll see "Upgrade to unlock". Every plan above Crew adds seats: when you reach your limit the Invite Member button is disabled and a counter next to it shows where you stand. Upgrade your plan for more seats. See Plan limits explained.

A couple of things to know

  • An email address can only belong to one club at a time. If someone already has a MotoRev Club account, you'll be told - they'd need to leave their current club first.
  • Removing someone takes their access away immediately and deletes their account. If you want them back later, just invite them again and they'll set up a fresh account.
