Delete your account

Your Account (top-right menu) has a Delete Account section at the bottom. You'll be asked to type your email address to confirm - deletion is permanent once it runs, so the typed address is there to stop an accidental click.

You get 30 days to change your mind

Nothing is deleted straight away. Your account is scheduled, and the deletion happens 30 days later. Until then you can sign in as normal and press Keep My Account on the same card to call it off.

After those 30 days everything is gone for good - we can't recover it for you.

What gets deleted

If you own a club, the club goes with your account:

• Your pages, events, convoys, venues and uploaded media
• Your club site stops loading, and your subdomain is released for someone else to claim
• Anyone else on your team loses access. They're notified the moment you schedule the deletion, so give them warning if they're mid-project

If you were invited to someone else's club, only your own account goes. Everything you built for the club stays with the club - the owner keeps it.

What happens to your subscription

Scheduling a deletion cancels your subscription immediately, so you're not billed for a club that's on its way out.

That part is one-way: if you change your mind and keep your account, your plan doesn't come back on its own - start a new one from Billing.

What we keep, and why

Invoices, payments and refund records stay for six years after the tax year they belong to. HMRC requires that, so it applies even after your account is deleted. They're kept as financial records only and are no longer linked to a usable account.

Everything else - your profile, sign-in details, club content and media - is deleted in full.

Just want to leave a club?

If you were invited to a club and only want out of that club, use Leave Club on the same page instead. Your account survives, and you're free to start your own club or accept another invite.
