Use a convoy in an event

Convoys are an internal library. You build and keep them in the Convoys section, but a convoy has no public page of its own - it reaches your members only when it's attached to an event.

One convoy, many events

Because a convoy isn't tied to a single event, the same drive can serve this year's run, next year's rematch and any Sunday social in between. Build it once, attach it wherever.

Getting it onto a page

You attach a convoy from the event side - open the event's Convoy card, pick your convoy and choose its role. The full drive (map, distance, directions, roadbook, points of interest) then renders on that event's public page. See Link a convoy to an event.

Its visibility follows the event: publish the event and the convoy shows; keep the event a draft or private and the convoy stays with it. If the event recurs, the convoy repeats with it.
