The MotoRev map
Updated 9 July 2026
MotoRev Club is built from a handful of pieces that feed each other. Once you see the connections, the whole platform clicks - and you stop maintaining the same information twice.
The connections
- Venues feed events. Scout venues in the Venue Finder, save them to your library, and every event's Venue tab can pick from it - address, capacity and notes flow in automatically.
- Routes link to events. A route is a library item, not part of one event - link it to any event and the event page gains a ride preview. One route, many events.
- Menus feed the header and footer. A menu is a reusable list of links; the header and footer display whichever menu you point them at.
- Pages feed menus. A menu with auto-add on picks up every page you create as a nav link, live once the page is published.
- Media feeds widgets. Every image on your site - hero backgrounds, galleries, sponsor logos, event photos - comes from one media library with one storage quota.
- Design themes everything. Colours, fonts and style apply to every page, the header, the footer and every widget at once - including public event and route pages.
- Club Settings feeds everywhere. Your name, logo, contact details and rules power the header, footer, widgets and shortcodes.
- Facebook flows both ways. The daily sync pulls your page's posts and stats in; event export pushes your events out.
The rhythm
Set up once (settings, design, header and footer, menus) - then the ongoing loop is just: plan events, build routes, publish. Everything else keeps itself current.
